Thank you for your interest in joining the San Diego North County Chapter of CAMFT! Membership categories are as follows: Licensed Clinical Member (Voting Members) - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (must also maintain membership with State CAMFT) Prelicensed Member (Voting Members) – Students enrolled in an MFT Graduate program, Trainees, or Associate (must also maintain membership with State CAMFT) Affiliate Member (Non-Voting Members) - Attorneys, probation officers, schools, organizations, community members, professionals or students in a related field. |
Per CAMFT guidelines, to become a member of SDNC-CAMFT, a person must maintain a membership with CAMFT. Register to become a CAMFT member today!
Benefits of Membership
- Continuing Education (CE) credits via Chapter Meeting Trainings and CAMFT presentations including Law & Ethics, Suicide Assessment & Prevention, and the newly required 3-hour mental health services provided via Telehealth.
- Opportunity to lead and attend Special Interest Groups (SIGs) for small group interactions and a deep dive into a topic. Past SIGs include: Sandplay, Private Practice, Insurance, and EMDR therapy. SIGs are member-led groups.
